of 2025 Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs
Calamba City, Laguna — March 26, 2026 --
In celebration of National Women’s Month, the Gender and Development (GAD) Department of the City Government of Calamba, headed by Ms. Jasmine Siman, recognized outstanding women leaders during its culminating event held at the Calamba Coliseum.
Among the honorees is Raia Jennifer Dela Peña-Landicho, entrepreneur, publisher, and Editor-in-Chief, who was recognized as one of Calamba’s Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs for 2025.
The awarding ceremony was graced by City Mayor Ross Rizal, who served as Guest of Honor and personally presented the award tokens to this year’s distinguished women entrepreneurs.
Dela Peña-Landicho is the founder and owner of Sinag Publishing and Printing Services, a well-established commercial printing and publishing company based in Calamba, Laguna, operating since 2008. Over the years, Sinag has built a strong reputation for producing high-quality books, educational materials, and marketing collaterals for government agencies, educational institutions, and private organizations.
The company has also received international recognition, including the Nataza Prize in 2011, awarded in Vienna, Austria by the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA), highlighting its excellence and innovation in publishing and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Beyond her work in printing and publishing, Dela Peña-Landicho also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Tamarao Journal Newsweekly, a regional publication that focuses on community news, public affairs, and regional development stories.
Her work extends into community-building initiatives, including the development of a bookshop and creative space that promotes literacy, supports local artists, and hosts storytelling events and educational activities for children and families.
“This recognition is deeply meaningful—not just for me, but for the entire team behind our work,” said Dela Peña-Landicho. “We have always believed that business should serve a greater purpose—supporting education, creativity, and community growth. This award inspires us to continue building meaningful impact through everything we do.”
The recognition underscores the vital role of women entrepreneurs in driving economic growth, fostering innovation, and strengthening communities in Calamba City.
As Sinag Publishing and Printing Services continues to grow, it remains committed to delivering quality print solutions while championing initiatives that uplift literacy, creativity, and local enterprise.
